unfortunately the leg straps are very poor quality, twisted and very difficult to adjust. The waistband is decent but the leg straps make it almost unusable.
Valentine and Ashley were great at demoing and explaining the different knots and patterns used. I liked how they would check in and provide feedback as we practiced.
