RETURN POLICY

We hope that you love your purchase, but in the event that you are not satisfied and would like to return something, you may do so for an exchange as long as it meets our Return Requirements.

Items bought in the brick and mortar retail store must be returned in person at that location, and be accompanied by a receipt or gift receipt, within 14 days of purchase. Returns are for store credit only, no refunds. Items purchased online should be returned in accordance with our online guidelines below, and must be sent pre-paid, postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date.

IMPORTANT: Returned items must be sent back to the address shown on your packing slip. We ship products from two locations, so please review your packing slip for the correct return address details. If you are unsure where to send returned items, please call or email us. The original packing slip MUST be included with your returned items.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.

We suggest you ship all items through USPS, UPS or another traceable shipping method.
We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.
We will not accept CODs, which means any returns must be shipped pre-paid.
Please insure the package for the full value of the merchandise you are sending back to us.

We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

In-Store and Online RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

  • All Adult Toys & Aids are FINAL SALE. 
  • All Gift Cards, Intimates, Hosiery, Swimwear, Bath & Body Products, Consumables, Custom Items, and Holiday Items are FINAL SALE.
  • Sale Items are FINAL SALE.
  • Store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase with valid receipt on applicable goods. No refunds. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging (opened, damaged or used products will not be accepted for return). 
  • Defective items may be replaced or exchanged.
