What it is:

These balls, based on the principles of ben-wa balls, seem innocuous enough at first. This product is not so much a toy as it is a tool. It's for strengthening the kegel muscles, and regaining tightness of the vaginal walls that may have been lost over time. There is no vibrating component, however each ball (this toy consists of 2 balls seamlessly connected by plastic) has a weight in it, which jingles around whenever you move. The toy comes in many fun color combinations - I went with the classy and sassy black and grey one. 

The Process:

The toy does not look that big, but upon insertion you will realize it does have a somewhat wide girth! If necessary you could use some lube to help ease into things. I placed it so it was just after the opening of the vagina. It felt pleasurable for the first ten minutes, but after that I got used to it and was able to go about my daily business. The first time I wore it, I just went around the neighborhood doing a few errands; the jingling feeling was not powerful, and after a while I didn't notice it anymore. Though,if I stood up too fast, I certainly noticed a pleasant sensation. After about 3 hours, I went home to take it out (there is a strong string attached for removal). I found that I needed to really push it out with my vaginal and abdominal muscles, along with using the string, because it felt like there was some internal suction that was keeping the balls inside - weird! Then I washed it off with hand soap and warm water, and put it away for next time!

My favorite thing about this toy is that you can wear it while doing quite mundane things, even in public or at work! It's quite a "naughty" feeling to think as you are talking to someone "you have no idea what I have up there right now!" haha! Of course, before you wear it in public, try it out at home for a bit to make sure you are comfortable. 

The Verdict:

Now the question is: does it actually work?? Does this toy really strengthen your vaginal muscles? The answer is yes! Not only does strengthening the muscles reduce the elasticity of the vagina, but it also makes for stronger vaginal contractions during orgasm, meaning stronger orgasms. After wearing it for only one day, I noticed a marked difference in the strength of orgasm. After wearing it all day, about 3 days per week for a few weeks. I definitely noticed that I was much tighter!
