Our discussion form about talking dirty, on Saturday Night (3/27) was really rad and sexy!!
I started out by reading these tips from Askmen.com, then we discussed them. We basically came to the consensus that dirty talk can really get things going, but saying the wrong thing can just ruin the moment. If the dirty talk isn't genuine, there may be a flat-line situation. Saying "Lick your stick," while conveniently rhyming, was a turn off to a guy in one of the stories I shared that I had read online. That could have been just a personal preference...many people find certain words such as "moist" or "panties" to be gross. But how do you know what is ok or not?
We all pretty much agreed that getting things started with some sexy texting/e-mailing is a great idea, since we're all a little less inhibited when not talking face to face. We really liked the idea of making your lover squirm by whispering something like "Tell me what you want..." in your lover's ear in public when they can't really do anything about it. Apparently everyone in attendance was a bit of an exhibitionist because we also went on to discuss how sexy it would be to either trade underwear with your partner while out to dinner, or for one person to simply go to the bathroom, remove their underwear and come back and give it to the other person!
As more wine was flowing, we discussed how to use words to direct sexual activity in the way you want it to go, and how important communication is during sex. These discussions are really so intriguing because each person has completely different take on the issue at hand. One person doesn't like to tell their lover what feels good because they want the partner to be in tune to their reactions and read their body. A guy wearing a cool tiger necklace told us how he likes to narrate what he does to his partners as he does it, and he iterated that the ladies love it!
Overall we all agreed talking dirty is fun and hot, and as long as it is genuine and not cheesy, it can really enhance your love life and it is an important, fun and sexy part of foreplay!
